Farrell's offers a unique opportunity for individuals 13 and over to build endurance and increase strength , agility, and stamina.
We've taken several different training methods, including practices from Farrell's U.S. Martial arts and Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping, to develop this camp. Our goal is to keep you body guessing and working at peak performance. We've included a statistics log to record specific measurements before and after the camp so you can see your results.
Attending each class is critical to your success. In addition to the one-hour camp, we have developed nutritional guidance to ensure you are fueling your body correctly and getting in all vital nutrients.
You will get out what you put in with this training. If you come in and work your hardest and follow the nutritional guidance you will be amazed at the what you will be capable of doing - both physically and mentally.
